Norma S. Ruano, DDS provides gentle, prevention-focused dental care for children—from first checkups to restorative treatment. Serving families in Elgin and Lockhart, she partners with parents to make visits comfortable, educational, and anxiety-free. Dr. Ruano is bilingual in English and Spanish and is proud to expand access to pediatric dental services in our community. Off-hours, she enjoys documentaries, yoga, trail walks, and dog-sitting.
