Dear Patient,
We are writing to inform you that Dr. Hamilton has notified us of his decision to step away from providing care in Lockhart. Due to the growth of his practice and the increasing demand for his services in San Marcos, Dr. Hamilton will no longer be available at our Lockhart location. His last day seeing patients in Lockhart will be October 15, 2024.
If you have any upcoming follow-up OB appointments with Dr. Hamilton, you may still see him at our Lockhart office until October 15th. However, we are no longer scheduling new OB patients for Dr. Hamilton in Lockhart. We understand that this transition may require you to find another provider, and we want to ensure that you have options for continuing your care.
You may choose to transfer your care to one of the following providers:

· Dr. Hattenbach in Gonzales Phone: (830) 672-6511
· Dr. Hamilton in San Marcos Phone: (512) 353-6400
Alternatively, you are welcome to choose another OB provider who best fits your needs.
If you would like assistance transferring your medical records or have any questions regarding your care, please feel free to contact our office. We will be happy to help facilitate the process and ensure your transition is as smooth as possible.
We also want to emphasize that we are here to continue taking care of your other medical needs, as well as the health of your babies and families. Our team remains committed to providing you with excellent care throughout this transition and beyond.
