Ryan Thomas Hazelwood, FNP

I was born in La Grange, Texas and grew up in Smithville, Texas. I have always wanted to practice in the rural communities around Central Texas because I understand the challenges and healthcare obstacles that many of these patients must overcome to receive basic care needs. Central Texas will always be my home and CHCSCT gives me the opportunity to meet that need for these rural, underserved communities.
