Are you a passionate and dedicated Dental Assistant seeking an opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused dental practice? Look no further! (CHCSCT, Inc.). We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), currently seeking a Dental Assistant (DA) for an opening at our Family Dental Center at our Elgin location.

Job Description:

As a Dental Assistant with CHCSCT, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive top-notch oral healthcare in a friendly and comfortable environment. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting our experienced dentists and hygienists during various dental procedures,
  • Providing excellent chairside support,
  • Expose and develop dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations and law as well as Dental Department directive and protocol, and
  • Maintaining a clean and sterilized dental operatory for patient treatment as per Dental Department protocols and the Dentist’s directions.

Additionally, you will interact closely with patients, making them feel at ease while assisting with any concerns they may have.

Qualifications:

  • Dental Assistant Certification from an accredited program.
  • X-Ray certification
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to patient care.
